Here is a video from Dove's "Real Beauty Campaign." We talked about these in my Sociology of Gender class this semester. The media is rough out there, but we don't have any sort of system that teaches children that the media can distort things that are real. Make sure that you know that you are beautiful and definitely make sure that your daughters know that too.

You are so cute Katie. I can tell you are very passionate about this :) Actually, I really will use these in Young Women's sometime. I would say the number one issue for all of them is self-esteem. Thanks for sharing :0)
