My little brother reported to the MTC today.
But first, we all went out to breakfast.
Then we headed to the temple grounds to take some pictures with our missionary.
Then with hugs and tears, we had to send him off...
Whew... it was tough.
I couldn't be more proud of Sam.
He is off to serve the Lord for two years.
Florida is one lucky state and these two years better fly by. (I already wrote him a letter.)

Katie, thanks so much for sharing these photos. I can't even imagine how hard it must have been sending him off. And, those pictures are making my eyes water and giving me a pit in my stomach, but I hope I get to send off four of my own little elders. You are right, Florida is very, very lucky.
God Speed, Elder Creer.
So exciting!! And I bet very bittersweet.
Your photos are AMAZING, by the way. I definitely need more practice!
Love your pictures. And to be honest...I almost cry when I look at the pictures of your parents hugging him goodbye! My brother has already left and come home, two years will be here before you know it!
I can't imagine how it will be when Cade leaves. Well maybe I can, I will be a crying mess and Casey will say something like, "He's where he needs to be, you should be happy."
Is it going to drive you CRAZY knowing that for the next couple weeks, he's right next door, and you can't even see him?
I'm sure he'll be great. It runs in the family!
This post made me weepy.
