i just might be on my way to actually running a half marathon. i don't know though... because 6 miles is pretty hard and that isn't even half of the race. but hey that is why i am training, right?
only six weeks left until the big day - that is a little terrifying. my long runs have creeped up to 6 miles (this saturday is the first 7 miler. AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!) and my short runs are up to 4.5 miles. the training has been going pretty well... just dealing with the occasional tendonitis (any trusted remedies?) and sore muscles, but sore is good. i LOVE that the shorter runs are getting easier, that i am actually able to run the long runs, and that my legs are getting way more toned.
maybe there is something to this running thing...

Yay! That's awesome! -- Also, I just started working in a new physical therapy office in SLC, and one of the therapists does ASTYM which is incredible in helping with tendonitis.... So if it gets really bad, let me know and we can look into it for you, or see if he knows any therapists in Provo that do it. Good luck, I'm so excited for you!
