even the sky is sad

today is jeremy's first day of school.

i still have two days to play (or to do some assigned reading and get organized for school).

it was raining this morning, so i told jeremy that even the sky is sad
that school is starting. i'm having major mixed emotions about it myself.
i love the routine and i really do like school, but summer is just so much fun.
days filled the warm weather and absolutely no school work. dreamy!
maybe i will have one day of mourning and then i will decide to get
excited about it all. yeah, i think that will work.

i asked if i could walk him to the shuttle and take his picture outside...
he politely declined. luckily our future kids won't have a choice.
