at the pumpkin patch

saturday morning we ventured to brooksby's pumpkin patch to get our pumpkins. first of all, it was a gorgeous day.  second of all, pumpkin patches are awesome.  i love all of the orange.  nature's version of orange totally rocks.

 jeremy enjoyed some apple cider donuts while i happened to find the perfect little pumpkin.  we picked out our small guy first and purchased it.  then i decided i wanted to grab a mini one to go with it, so i went back into the farm store where the mini gourds were.  i also found a large one that looked just perfect for carving... so i bought both.  not sure we need three, but we are sure excited about them.  can't wait to carve the big one!!
