The last cruise post :(
Saturday, May 30th
Our cruising adventure came to an end when we arrived back in St. Petersburg, Russia. What a sad day it was to get off the boat with our luggage in tow! We hired a guy to take us around St. Petersburg for a few hours and then take us to the airport. We checked out these 3,500 year old Sphinxes on the river, the Church of the Savior on the Spilled Blood, bought some traditional souvenirs, and then stopped by another cool cathedral before we headed to the airport for our looooong flight home.
Well, the cruise was amazing. I loved every minute of it. It truly was an adventure for the ages. Exploring awesome countries with my favorite people... what could be better? We are busy planning the next one!! I can't wait.
