For all the losers people that didn't win, I'm sorry. I used the True Random Number Generator at random.org which claims that they offer "true random numbers" instead of "pseudo-random, which means they are a generated in a predictable fashion using a mathematical formula." The program spit out number 13 for me and Mandy was the 13th person to comment.
