i bought 1 yard of ribbon and 1/8 yard of fabric and then followed this great tutorial to make
my frilly headband. i need to make and wear more headbands. they sure jazz up any outfit real
quick. can you imagine this ruffly headband in blue, coral, or yellow?
how lovely! and it only cost $1.72 to make. that's a steal.
