bleh!
i took a GRE practice test this morning and just picked up my results.
the good: i rocked the verbal section.
the bad: i bombed the math section.
the ugly: hmm....i have to take the GRE.
the percentile for my math results literally says, "You've got a lot of work to do." ha... they are so kind. i haven't done any math for 4 years and i didn't study for this thing, so if i just team up with some jr high math whiz i can relearn this geometry stuff in no time... maybe. i am feeling pretty confident though. I CAN DO THIS! right?? i think this is just what i need to get going on actually studying for this. now i need to sign up for the big day... would the end of October be too soon? i just want to get this over with.

Robert would be more than willing to help you cram for the math. He's good at that sort of thing :) Not to brag, but he got 100% on the math portion.
I should probably know this, but what's the GRE for? Is it for grad school? And I can completely relate to the math thing. I find mathematics completely baffling.
Heidi- That would be AMAZING! Do you think Robert could really help me??
Jessica- I added links in the post to help explain, but mainly it's the test you have to take to get into most graduate programs that don't have their own specialized tests (DAT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, etc). It's a beast... but I think I will survive.
Of course Robert could help you. Everyone that Robert has tutored has raved at how good he is. Robert always claims that he's nothing special. I believe otherwise :)
From what I learned in preparing for the GRE is that the math portion is the easiest to improve your score on. So you just need to study and you'll do great!
