LENT!!

lent started yesterday.

i'm giving up playing on my phone when i am in bed.  it can distract me from falling asleep and i would much rather focus on getting some shut eye than seeing if anybody adding something to instagram the last 10 minutes.  so i will now leave it in the kitchen. 

just setting limits and trying to find balance.  that's what life is all about.
