sunny skiing

yesterday was gorgeous... blue skies with beautiful cloud patterns and sun sun sun! so naturally we spent the day outside, cross country skiing with some friends.  we were roasting out there under the sunny skies.  it is getting me all excited for spring.

when my brothers came to visit, they brought out my gear i used in high school.  (fun fact: i was on the high school cross country ski team when we lived in wyoming.)  i LOVED being on my skate skis this weekend.  i can go so much faster than classic skiing.  it seriously made me fall in love with the sport all over again.  next ski season is going to be amazing!
