London Day 4

Day 3

Today we started out with a tour of Westminster Abbey.  Then we wandered up to Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square to do some shopping and take in the many sculptures.  We found cupid in Piccadilly Circus and lots of lions at Trafalgar Square.  We have also been seeing lions and unicorns everywhere.  I love it so much.  They are on the gates of almost everything and even carved into the front of Westminster Abbey.  Unicorns are the best.  After our wanderings (where I found and just had to have the perfect floppy hat), we headed to 108 Pantry for gluten free and herbal afternoon tea.  What a relaxing treat!  Turns out tea tastes like hot water with a slight flavor... my mom was not going for it.  I could get used to it and love that it warmed my soul.  The sandwiches, scones, and little desserts were just lovely.  They even packed a whole box of desserts up for us and didn't charge us anything extra.  It was totally awesome!  After tea, we went back to the Buckingham Palace, you know... since it was on the way home and everything.  It was way less crowded than Monday morning!
