toned? me neither.

i am getting married in 3 weeks...

it looks like it's about time that i start working out... i haven't really worked out since i was in Romania doing the 30 Day Shred dvd almost every night. those sure were fun times! then i got bombarded with "the blood clot" and haven't really worked out since.

but fitting into a wedding dress is quite intimidating... i want to be able to comfortably move around and breathing would also be a plus on my wedding day

so mark my words (or not), i am going to work out E V E R Y D A Y until February 13th (except Sundays of course). my workouts will consist of the 20 minute workout with the encouraging and incredibly toned Jillian Michaels. it kicks my butt every time! and the blood clot can handle it right? i think so.

wish me luck that i actually get started tonight!

I got the invitation! It was.... so cute! My mom even called to make sure I saw it. Looking forward to it!

p.s. I think I saw Alex Parsons on campus today, but I can't be sure. Is he here? Any of the Parsons coming to the reception?

Go Katie! I'm doing the same thing. My siblings and I all formed a 'biggest loser' competition of our own, and there is even money involved. So, ya, I've worked out every day since January 5th (except Sundays). It is soooo hard, but it makes me feel so good (when I'm done!).

The shred, huh? I have been doing Billy Blanks boot camp, but am ready for a change.

I may have to try it for 8 bucks.

I have also been working out everyday of this year so far (except sundays)I have already lost 10 pounds! :) Yay! :) Good luck with the work out!

Oh and we got your invitation in the mail.. they are beautiful! I am so excited for you!

katie girl! You are SO CRAZY just come to my apt a few days a week and do pilates with me! i could use some practice! and my roomies wont work w\ me! so just come and do pilates 3 x a week then do cardio every other day! great plan!
