thanksgiving party, day 1

let's go back to last week's festivities
because they are WAY more fun then this week's belly button drama.

my mom and little brother flew in tuesday night, so wednesday we started the
morning off with our favorite breakfast place around the corner.

then we ventured south to Plimouth Plantation
to get in touch with the history of the holiday.

we learned a lot about the real history... sobering stuff.

 this bull was my favorite.

then we scooted over to the famous Plymouth Rock...
(which was kind of hilarious)

and the Mayflower II, a replica of the original. we had 10 ancestors aboard the Mayflower, so it was cool to see where they lived.  who knew i was getting back to my roots by moving out here??

then we stopped in a little local place for dinner, headed to our hotel in the city, and picked up the pops from the airport.
